What form of payment is accepted for my purchases?
USA Sales: We accept any form of Legal Tender, including Cashier's or Bank Check, Money Order, Personal Check or Business Check; PayPal for payments with a credit card, balance transfer, or e-check. Cash is fine if well-concealed. All Checks may need time to clear the banks before item is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL Sales: Folks outside the USA may use PayPal -- or email us for information on payment with Moneybookers or BidPay.
What about shipping? And what does my shipping cost include?
USA shipping is by USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post, and FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. Delivery needs to be at a location where your package can be 'signed for'. Signature Delivery is optional under $50, at our discretion.
Buyer pays shipping costs, unless stated as FREE SHIPPING in the listing.
ALL items will be fully insured, either through the carrier, or through DSI, Inc.
We will ship WorldWide for *smaller* items only, due to package size restrictions and high shipping costs. Overseas shipping will be via Global Priority Mail, Global Express Mail, or Air Mail Parcel Post.
For all packages shipped FedEx, we will need a daytime phone number where you can be reached, and whether your shipping address is residential or commercial.

We have been handling fragile artworks for the last 30 years -- rest assured your package will be well packed for your protection! We will be as forthcoming as possible regarding description and condition, and will answer e-mail questions as soon as we can.
All items are guaranteed to be authentic and as described. Your satisfaction is our satisfaction.
Do you have a Return Policy?
We request that you notify us with seven (7) days of receipt of your item if there is shipping damage, or you plan to return the item for a credit or refund. Shipping costs will be yours for all returns, unless agreed to otherwise.
PAINTINGS and ESTATE ITEMS:  All items are insured against loss or damage, with full purchase price refunded -- provided the buyer completes his/her portion of any necessary claim forms.  Buyer may choose from Money Back or Merchandise Credit for returns if there are significant and unacceptable visual flaws not seen in the photos or described here in this listing -- after the item is returned to us in original condition.
PICTURE FRAMES: Frames are insured against loss or damage, with full purchase price refunded, provided buyer completes his/her portion of any necessary claim forms.  Buyer's Remorse results in a Credit only -- after the frame is returned to us in original condition.  Buyer may choose from Refund or Credit for returns if there are major, unacceptable visual flaws not seen in the photos or described in this listing -- after the frame is returned to us in original condition.
I have not received an invoice for my purchase. Why?
There are several possible reasons. (1) If you have an anonymous email thru Yahoo or Hotmail, your email address may no longer be valid. Please check the status of your email address. (2) Our emailed invoice was wrongly filtered into your 'junk' folder. Please check the folder. (3) We may be out of town for a few days, and away from the computer. Please check the Welcome message on our Home page for any announcements.
